Shipping Policy

INDIA SHIPPING

Orders must be placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday(Excluding bank holidays and all public holidays) orders placed for delivery before 12 PM on Saturday to Sunday, will be sent out on Monday. All orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched within 1-2 working day

Shipping can be between 5-7 days

FREE Shipping on all the orders 

(1) We deliver our products in and across India. Delivery will be initiated at the earliest. Your delivery shall only be delivered to the address submitted when you placed the order.

(2) In case there is an error in any of the information submitted by you, we are not responsible for you not receiving the orders. So, we urge our customers to submit only the correct details to avoid any inconveniences.

(3) Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

(4) After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

(5) Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

(6) You can check the time to deliver on your pincode on the product page.

(7) You can track the status of your order from the “my account” section.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from clubrick.com . you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

Depending on the shipping method you’ve chosen, we will ship your package in accordance.

We always aim to ship on time. However if natural disasters occur, we can not be held responsible for this, but we will aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 15 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Clubrick does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue exchanges, refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our Clubrick's reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Clubrick reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” 

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Clubrick reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
